Gabriella Levine is an interactive artist and communication designer currently based in New York CIty. She works with a variety of digital mediums, including sound, video and light, to create interactive environments and sculptures that investigate new ways of translating data. Her work explores the intersection of science and art through physical computing. She has a background in biology and classical piano and worked as a cancer researcher at Montefiore Medical Center until 2008 when she moved to Oregon to work as a wildland firefighter. She currently attends ITP at NYU.
