Andes Sprouts Society located on 23 acres farm land in Andes, New York, within the Catskill Mountain Region. Andes farmland has been a gathering node for farmers and artists since 1997. Andes Sprouts Society was established in 2007 to officially pursue a farming and media art residency initiative.

Eyebeam and Andes established a pilot collaborative residency program in 2010, with Hernani Dias as the first resident artist.
