  Timewarp
Timewarp is an experimental documentary film about the current perception of time and its translation into images. It expands on reality as the collection of images in our memory, and time as one of the media used by the mind to experience reality. Our century has been defined by technology and for the last 20 years even more by this type of generated visual media. For these two reasons, the perception of reality can be considered a constant process of collecting time or experience in the form of images. The overload of visual information and mass technology consumption shapes an illusory reality or simulation in our minds, leading to a "warped" perception of time, or timewarp.

Collection of source material will be realized through interviews (Paul D. Miller, Bruce Sterling, John Perry Barlow, besides others) questioning the nature of time and its many representations. The final piece will be a combination of motion graphics and live action. Geraldine Juarez studied Communication and Graphic Design at Iberoamericana University, Mexico. Most of her work focuses on motion design and visual effects for commercial post-production and music videos.
