Eyebeam is teaming up with Mozilla to bring you Moving <img> Storytelling -- a workshop for teens that explores animation, GIFs, and storyboarding!

- Create your own comic strip or animated film using open-source technology.
- Learn how to make GIFs with special effects.
- Discover the new Meemoo platform, which enables instant app-hacking right in your browser.

Mozilla and Eyebeam Art & Technology Center are pleased to announce the launch of a joint initiative to support creativity at the intersection of art and the open web. 

Open(Art) is a unique opportunity for artists and technologists to collaborate on new work that catalyzes creative participation on a global scale. Interested makers are invited to propose projects that push the boundaries of online or networked culture and address contemporary social challenges, while contributing to the community of practice around creative code.

Join Ben Moskowitz of the Mozilla Foundation for a workshop in Popcorn Makera creative, easy to use tool for authoring interactive media content. Popcorn is free, open source, and built from standard HTML, allowing users to utilize templates or customize their work. This workshop is especially geared towards video artists, net artists, documentarians, web designers, and media literacy educators.
