Kate Watkins has an eye for the unique and beautiful. She has a background in painting and graphic design but fled to NY to pursue a MFA in Design + Technology at Parsons The New School for Design. She combines her eye for detail and love of color in her computer software to create lovely sound and performance environments. You will always find her hacking toys or antiques she found at flea markets and turning them into computer friendly machines that act as the tools used to explore musical expression and composition.  At Eyebeam she's working with Carrie Mae Rose on physical computing experiments for the interactive costumes Wearable Weapons.

Gabriella Levine is an interactive artist and communication designer currently based in New York CIty. She works with a variety of digital mediums, including sound, video and light, to create interactive environments and sculptures that investigate new ways of translating data. Her work explores the intersection of science and art through physical computing.  She has a background in biology and classical piano and worked as a cancer researcher at Montefiore Medical Center until 2008 when she moved to Oregon to work as a wildland firefighter.  She currently attends ITP at NYU.

Marcus is at Eyebeam as an intern as part of his Master in International Museum Studies at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He works with Roddy Schrock, Paul Amitai and Stephanie Pereira.

I was raised by a nomadic tribe of Roombas (c) who were infected with Sasser at the factory and summarily discarded at an abandoned construction site in the desert badlands outside of Los Angeles.
