Please join us for a 90-minute Verbal Description and Touch Tour of “Refiguring the Future” with museum educator, Paula Stuttman. Detailed verbal descriptions and selected touch objects provide an opportunity for visitors who are blind or have low vision to experience the exhibition. This tour will focus on the dynamic artworks and themes put forward by the artists and curators. 205 Hudson is an accessible space and there is ample seating in the gallery.
Paula Stuttman is a New York City–based artist and educator. She is a part-time assistant professor at The New School and she works as a museum educator providing verbal description tours at the Jewish Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and The Museum of Modern Art. She is currently working on a MoMA Gallery Sessions series titled “Talking together_” which explores what we share when we talk about art together.
